This Privacy Policy describes how I, the individual operator of SmartJoans Book Repository ("my site"), handle your information.

A. Authentication Data (via Telegram OTP)

Since I do not collect traditional email addresses or passwords, user accounts are verified and maintained using Telegram's unique identifiers:

Telegram User ID: A unique numeric identifier provided by Telegram when you authenticate via my bot (@smart_Drogon_bot).
Telegram Username/Name: Your public Telegram username and/or display name, used for identification and site display.
OTP (One-Time Password): Used only temporarily for verification; this is not stored.

* I do not store your email address or password on this site.

B. Repository & Usage Data

Content Data: Records of books you upload, access, or download, linked to your Telegram User ID.
Usage Data (May be Collected by Hosting Provider): Your IP address, browser information, and session data are collected by our third-party hosting service. This data is used by them for security and site improvement. We do not directly collect or control this specific usage data.

2. Use and Disclosure of Data

I use the collected data solely to:

Provide access and maintain your user session.
Link uploaded content to your user ID for administration and transparency.
Monitor usage and prevent abuse (e.g., mass downloading).

I will only disclose your data if legally required, such as under a specific court order relevant to the laws of India.

As the individual operator, I act as a passive host for community-uploaded content. You, the user, are solely responsible for the copyright status of files you upload.

This page provides the mandatory procedure for copyright owners to request the removal of books (PDFs) from the SmartJoans Book Repository repository, operated by an individual.

**Our core intention is solely to encourage reading books, and we do not derive any income from this activity.**
