SmartLib is committed to respecting intellectual property rights. If you are the book owner and you find your copyrighted material uploaded by a user, I will ensure its immediate removal upon receipt of a valid Takedown Notice.

Official Removal Requirements

For a request to be processed promptly, please ensure your email includes all of the following:

Book Identification: The exact title and author of the copyrighted book.
Proof of Authority: A statement confirming you are the copyright holder or are legally authorized to act on their behalf.
Location Link: The direct URL to the page or file on my site where the infringing content is located (e.g., https://books.smartjoans.space/users/download_book.php?id=...).
Contact Details: Your full name and email address for correspondence.
